Yoga Journal: Desk Yoga Essentials



Yoga at your desk
I really like this video, it has short clips that are just long enough to do at your desk without attracting attention!
The stretches focus on different parts of the body, many of them targeting exactly where you most need it; such as your wrists and back.
The therapist's range is impressive and instructions are clear.
My one complaint is that there is no play-all option.
